The expansion was led by UP.Partners, with participation from Schematic Ventures, Counterpart Ventures, Yamaha Motor Ventures, and former Autodesk CEO Carl Bass.

InfinitForm is an AI-powered design optimization platform that accelerates the creation of manufacturable, cost-efficient, and performance-optimized CAD models. The company leverages generative AI to streamline the design process, allowing for quick iterations and real-time feedback, which accelerates the journey from concept to manufacturable designs.  The company was founded by Dr. Michael Bogomolny, previously co-founder & CTO of ParaMatters (acquired by Carbon), and is joined by Adam Smith, former strategic partnerships lead at Autodesk and MaintainX. The Infinitform engineering team has over 90+ peer-reviewed publications with 3,300+ citations in AI/ML, computational geometry, and finite-element analysis.
