1. User Experience (UX) Updates
InfinitForm AI Co-Pilot: InfinitForm now includes an AI Co-Pilot that provides intelligent assistance* across the entire design optimization workflow. The Co-Pilot serves as a catalyst for deep understanding, rather than simply executing commands, breaking down the complexity of topology optimization while maintaining technical rigor.
The AI Co-Pilot automates critical decision points through several key capabilities:
Onboarding Assistant guides new users through platform setup with context-aware prompts.
Workflow Assistant monitors active projects and provides procedural guidance throughout the optimization cycle.
Pre-Optimization Readiness Check performs automated validation of model setup before optimization runs, catching setup errors early.
Technical Guidance enables users to query specific aspects through natural language prompts.
Post-Optimization Analysis and Recommendations automatically evaluate results against design requirements and manufacturing constraints, generating comprehensive Post-Analysis Reports with performance validation and formal traceability.
This integrated capability reduces typical optimization cycle time by 40-60%, while improving design quality and manufacturing feasibility.
Interface Enhancements: The InfinitForm interface has been comprehensively redesigned, with improved visual organization through tooltips and parameter descriptions. The updated UI includes light and dark mode options that can be manually configured or automatically matched to system preferences. Real-time optimization progress tracking with email notifications eliminates constant monitoring, allowing engineers to focus on other tasks during longer optimization runs. Customizable mouse control settings can be configured to match behavior patterns from other CAD systems, reducing cognitive load when transitioning between software environments. Two-factor authentication (2FA) has been implemented to support enterprise compliance requirements.
* - Data Privacy: InfinitForm maintains strict data sovereignty standards. The AI Co-Pilot is trained exclusively on first-party data and does not ingest customer project data, design files, or proprietary information. All customer data remains within isolated project environments and is never used for model training.

2. Data Management Enhancements
Enhanced Project Organization: Users can now create hierarchical folder structures with parent-child relationships for better project organization and data management. Enhanced navigation capabilities allow quick location of specific projects, while project names now appear in browser tabs for efficient multi-project workflows—particularly valuable for cloud-based deployments.
CAD Import Flexibility: Projects can now accept updated CAD models or additional preserved geometry through direct import into existing projects, eliminating the need to recreate project configurations when design inputs change. This capability significantly reduces iteration friction when upstream geometry modifications occur.
3. Simulation & Manufacturing Updates
Advanced Analysis Visualization: Post-optimization analysis capabilities have been significantly expanded. Users can now animate stress and displacement results when reviewing FEA outputs, providing better insight into structural behavior under loading. Reaction forces at constraint locations are now visualized directly, enabling rapid validation of load path assumptions and boundary condition accuracy. Clipping plane functionality enables sectional views of complex geometries, facilitating internal feature inspection and detailed stress analysis. FEA visualization has been extended to prismatic optimized geometries, allowing users to review stress and deformation results for manufacturing-ready designs alongside organic topology optimization outputs.
Advanced Loading and Constraint Capabilities: InfinitForm now supports multiple remote load points, enabling more accurate representation of complex loading scenarios across distributed application points. Group load management has been enhanced to improve control over load case definitions and combinations. Boundary condition specification has been expanded to include face selection and rotation around defined axes, providing greater precision in constraint definitions and more accurate representation of real-world mounting and support conditions.
Vibration and Frequency Analysis: To provide engineers with additional tools for dynamic loading scenarios, we've introduced vibration and frequency constraint capabilities. Whether maximizing natural frequency for performance optimization or avoiding resonance conditions, this feature enables precise tuning of dynamic response characteristics within the optimization process.
Design for Strength and Stiffness: Physics-driven optimization has been enhanced through simultaneous light-weighting with deformation and stress constraints. Users can now account for both stiffness and strength requirements concurrently, resulting in designs that achieve mass reduction targets while maintaining structural performance requirements.
4. General Product Updates
Multi-Material Optimization: When optimizing assemblies of parts, users can now designate multiple materials and assign separate materials to mating components. This capability enables more realistic representation of complex assemblies and allows for material-specific optimization strategies across different parts within a single project.
CSV Load Import: If your load case information is in a spreadsheet, you can now upload CSV files directly into InfinitForm to automatically define loads, boundary conditions, and performance constraints. This streamlines project setup for users with existing load data and eliminates manual entry for complex loading scenarios.
On-Premise Deployment: InfinitForm is now available as a self-hosted solution addressing data sovereignty, network isolation, and custom infrastructure requirements. The on-premise version maintains feature parity with the cloud platform, while running entirely within customer infrastructure. It leverages NVIDIA GPU acceleration (CUDA-based solvers) with multi-GPU support for large-scale problems. Local deployment eliminates external data transmission, addressing ITAR, IP protection, and corporate security policies. This option is particularly relevant for aerospace, defense, automotive, and medical device manufacturers with strict data handling requirements.
Enhanced Documentation: The optimization summary report has been enhanced with expanded performance metrics and manufacturing feasibility assessments. Reports can now be exported as PDF documents for formal documentation purposes, and revision history tracking provides traceability of design evolution across multiple optimization iterations.

5. Partnership Focused Add-Ins
SOLIDWORKS Solution Partner Program: InfinitForm has joined the SOLIDWORKS Solution Partner Program as a Research Associate, strengthening our commitment to seamless integration within established engineering workflows. As we progress toward certified Solution Partner status, this collaboration enhances InfinitForm's interoperability with the SOLIDWORKS ecosystem while maintaining our platform-agnostic approach. The partnership enables universal CAD compatibility with proper feature recognition and parametric relationships, streamlined collaboration for efficient handoffs between optimization and detailed design phases, and accelerated development cycles that eliminate traditional barriers between generative design exploration and CAD modeling.
Siemens NX Partnership: InfinitForm has joined the Siemens partnership program to develop a native add-in for Siemens NX users. This integration will provide associativity and bidirectional data exchange, enabling engineers to create and optimize InfinitForm designs directly within the Siemens NX environment. This partnership expands our ecosystem integration to serve the extensive Siemens NX user base across aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
These partnership alignments support our mission to bridge conceptual design and manufacturing reality through DFM automation, ensuring that generative designed geometries seamlessly integrate into existing engineering infrastructure regardless of upstream/downstream CAD platform or production process.
